National Disaster Response Force(NDRF) has set up its lone bunker at Petrapole border to screen incoming visitors from Bangladesh. The camp started on saturday. Desher Samay had earlier blowed it’s whistle over this practically unguarded border from where corona may take its entry en route Bangladesh.
However in quick knee jerk reaction the second battslion of NDRF put up some checks at border along with BSF.The check was long due as Petrapole, the largest land border,in India remains practically unguarded.The incomin viditors though had some system of flu atrack they were hardly scanned or quarintined.Meanwhile local civic body to started an awareness campaign to sensitise people about corona.
Thus even thouh in very miniature form still government finally took some steps to fight the dreadly corina virus which still now have no defined course of treatment.
